For several years, Sergey worked as the head of the legal department and the head of the personnel department of a credit institution.
He has significant experience in supporting the activities of credit institutions and banking holding companies, in particular, experience in the legal support of corporate activities, organizing and holding meetings of shareholders and other management bodies of a credit institution, as well as the implementation of such corporate events as the reorganization of a credit institution, increase and decrease in the authorized capital, creation of a banking holding company with amendments to the constituent documents of the credit institution and submission of all relevant reports to the Bank of Russia through PTK PSD, CLIKO, EFUDCO and the Bivrest portal.
He also has experience in supporting bankruptcy procedures for legal entities and individuals in terms of analyzing the position of the debtor, developing a strategy, interacting with arbitration managers and challenging the debtor's transactions.
In the period from 2020 to 2022, he took an active part in the development and implementation of many legal models related to Internet business and Internet acquiring.
