Oksana specializes in the resolution of civil law disputes in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.

Her experience includes preparing legal positions and representing clients in court in disputes arising from construction contracts, lease agreements, loan agreements, labor disputes, and other matters, as well as representing clients in disputes involving bad faith consumer claims.

Oksana is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Private Law at HSE University.
