Prior to joining the team, Tamara worked at leading Russian law firms.
Tamara specializes in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, and information technology regulation. Tamara has practical experience in intellectual property dispute resolution in Russian courts, including representation before the Intellectual Property Court as well as in Chamber for Patent Disputes of Rospatent.
Her experience across a wide range of commercial disputes includes representing clients' interests in international arbitration (DIS and VIAC), as well as preparing expert legal opinions on Russian law matters for arbitrations and Russian courts handling international disputes. She has experience representing clients in disputes with foreign elements involving the application of foreign law in Russian courts under Articles 248.1 and 248.2 of the Russian APC.
Tamara has experience in corporate structuring and providing legal support for deals involving various intellectual property assets, conducting negotiations, providing legal counsel, and preparing legal opinions including structuring IP asset portfolio ownership in Russia and foreign jurisdictions, licensing, assignment of exclusive rights, and preparing internal documentation. She has participated in conducting legal due diligence reviews of IP assets of target companies.
