Ilaria specializes in advising on projects and disputes in the areas of intellectual property, information technology, and e-commerce.
Her experience includes advising on transactions and projects related to intellectual property, including preparation of legal opinions on a wide range of issues, conducting IP due diligence, protection of exclusive rights, support in software development and registration processes, as well as advising on trademark registration matters. Ilaria also has experience advising on personal data protection and advertising law issues.
Ilaria is the winner of the VIII IP Moot Court competition and the author of academic articles in the field of intellectual property law.
