Represented one of the defendants in a lawsuit filed by a Russian bank to hold the bank's shareholder, beneficiaries and former top managers liable. The court dismissed the claim against the client for RUB 137bn in full. This is one of the largest disputes in Russia regarding the prosecution of top managers after the bank's bailout; the total amount of claims against the defendants amounted to RUB 243bn.
