Tax disputes on intra-group services

Successfully defended a major international glass manufacturer in tax disputes over intra-group services provided to several operating companies. Despite an adverse court ruling on one of the audits, we implemented an effective strategy that allowed us to get additional tax assessments on other audits of different companies in different regions of Russia overturned, thus protecting the operating model used by the group.
