Tax assessment of the construction of intra-group license and management agreements within an international industrial holding company

Risk assessment and recommendations regarding licensing of patents and trademarks, as well as intra-group consulting, marketing and other services provided by an international holding to a Russian subsidiary. We developed an action strategy for the client with respect to the most risky transactions, taking into account tax and potential criminal law risks. We developed and provided practical recommendations on the package of supporting documentation and correlation of contractual working models for all branches of the group of companies.
