Support of part of an investment transaction on acquisition of exclusive rights to software on behalf of a large online retailer

The Client required a comprehensive support of a transaction on acquisition of exclusive rights to software for automatization the process of ordering and delivering products from supermarket. The project involved the preparation of contract on alienation of exclusive rights to the product, conducting an urgent due-diligence of the copyright holder company and the registration of the transfer of the IP rights in Rospatent. As a result of the work done by the firm's lawyers, the Client successfully implemented the product in its activities and increased the total turnover by 4,7 times.
