Represented a Russian businessman in the High Court of London in a dispute over foreclosure of pledged property located in London. The dispute was complicated by the fact that the pledge agreement was concluded under Russian law and the property was located in London. We proved that the pledge agreement was valid and the property could be foreclosed. We also supported the procedure for realization of the pledged property and achieved full satisfaction of the client's claims.
