Representing the leading Internet industry association in the FAS of Russia and the Intellectual Property Court in a dispute on registration and use of the BLACK FRIDAY trademark

The lawyers of Kosenkov & Suvorov successfully represented the Association of Internet Trade Companies in a dispute on registration and use of the BLACK FRIDAY trademark with the purpose of restricting competition in the online retail market. By decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the registration and use of the BLACK FRIDAY trademark was recognized as an act of unfair competition. The Intellectual Property Court upheld the decision of the FAS of Russia.
