Representing the interests of ex-managers of a large retail company in a dispute relating to subsidiary liability

A claim was brought against ex-managers of a client - a large electronics seller - about bringing to subsidiary liability for the company’s debts in the amount of more than 2 milliard rubles. Within the legal proceeding the lawyers of the firm managed to prove the absence of fault in the actions of ex-managers, and, consequently, the lack of grounds for subsidiary liability. As a result, the court dismissed the claim.
