The lawyers of the dispute resolution and intellectual property practices successfully represented one of Eastern Europe’s largest international alcohol holdings in a dispute over invalidating the rights to the SHUSTOFF trademark (the first case ever in Russia’s court practice with the assignment of an international trademark declared invalid by a third party (not a party to the contract) interested in making use of a similar brand.
