Representing an e-commerce developer of solutions for getting students prepared for the Unified State Exam in the FAS of Russia

The lawyers of the antitrust practice successfully represented an e-commerce business offering online services for getting students prepared to the Unified State Exam in the Federal Antimonopoly Service in an administrative process on creation of confusion by using individualization means, the right to which allegedly belonged to the applicant company. The case was resolved in favor of the Principal. The antitrust authority closed the proceedings, no violation of rights was found.
