Representing a major omnichannel retail chain in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in a dispute with a supplier of goods (Germany)

The lawyers of the dispute resolution practice successfully represented a large omnichannel trading network in a dispute with the Supplier of Goods over recovering funds for the inadequate quality products supplied, in view of the alleged non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the return of defective goods to the supplier. The case was tried by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
