Advising and representing a large international pharmaceutical corporation in the contract with the leading Russian manufacturer of medicines, related to manufacturing and marketing a medicinal drug in the territory of the Russian Federation. Acting for the licensor, we agreed upon the terms and conditions of the contract with the Russian side and provided support in registration of the license in Rospatent (the license was successfully registered).
