The courts of the First and Appeal Instances ruled in favor of the Client
Lawyers of our dispute resolution department successfully presented the interests of the Client in the dispute over the protection of business reputation. As a result, the Client's claims for the protection of business reputation and the removal of defamatory materials were satisfied. For this our lawyers represented the Client in nine hearings and presented three expert opinions in the field of linguistics and psychology. The decision is upheld by the court of Appeal.
