The courts of first and appeal instances ruled in favor of the Client. The opponent dropped the appeal after receiving a statement of defense from our lawyers.
Lawyers of our dispute resolution department provided comprehensive support for the Client - prepared a claim for the recovery of unspent prepaid expenses and calculated interests for the use of funds. The issue of this case was to determine the structure of the debt, since most of the documents were lost, and various evidence was presented by opponents in support of the fact that the contract is actually valid. Despite this, our lawyers managed to prove to the court that the position of the Client is correct and to recover the debt.
