The courts of the First and Appeal Instances ruled in favor of the client
The lawyers of our Dispute resolution Department provided the full legal support to the Client in courts of first and appeal instances. The particular issue of this case was that it was highly difficult to prove that the opponent carried responsibility for the loss of cargo. Our lawyers came up with the successful strategy, with the support of which the Client won the dispute for 54 million rubles.
