Representation of interests of a foreign producer and supplier of children's goods in a domain name dispute

The lawyers of our Dispute resolution department provided the full legal support for the Client, including identification of the domain administrator, and preparation of a claim. With our support, interim measures were imposed to prevent possible changes of administrator, and at the end the domain name administration was transferred from the opponent to the Client. As a result, actions of opponent for registration and use of the domain name were recognized as a violation of the Client’s rights and actions to mislead the consumers. Rights for the domain name administration were transferred to the Client.
