Representation of a property owner with more than 300,000 sq m in a dispute with the tax authority on the lawfulness of applying a property tax exemption

As a result of the audit, the tax authority issued a claim for property tax underpaid due to the unjustified application of a tax exemption to the owner of the property with an area of more than 300,000 sq m. In the course of review of the tax audit materials by the tax authority, the firm's lawyer objected and provided evidence of the validity of the exemption, as a result of which the tax authority's claims for over 30 million rubles were withdrawn.
