Recovery of more than 47 million rubles from the customer under a subcontract agreement in favor of a large construction company

The Client subcontracted the construction of the observatory complex. On completion of the project the contractor (being the customer of the Client) decided to exclude the subcontractor from the chain of money recipients for the work performed. The goal of the project was to recover the funds in full as soon as possible. The firm's lawyers proved that despite the absence of signatures on the acceptance certificates, the works were performed, accepted and used by the customer. More than 47 million rubles were recovered in favor of the Client.
