Removing information about counterfeit goods from all websites which violated intellectual property rights in a pre-trial procedure

A large foreign manufacturer acting through its representatives, requested to prevent violations of trademark rights in the Russian Federation. The manufacturer became aware of more than 20 websites offering counterfeit products for sale in Russia, and the company was interested in blocking such websites. Our lawyers of Intellectual Property Department provided full legal support for the Client and information on counterfeit products was completely removed from all websites.
