Represented a portfolio company of a private equity fund in a major high-profile dispute arising out of an M&A transaction between two Russian banks, including the exercise of an option. The claim amount in the arbitration was approximately USD 300 million. The project involved conducting and coordinating litigation and arbitration proceedings in Russia, the UK (LCIA), the US, Italy and Cyprus.
