Legal support of incoming claims, responses to requests from the Federal Antimonopoly Service, ad moderation of commercial and advertising services of the largest Russian multinational company in the IT industry

The project entrusted to the firm's lawyers by the largest Russian multinational IT company included the analysis of incoming claims, the preparation of reasoned responses to complaints from legal entities and individuals, requests from state authorities, as well as legal assessment of placing advertisements in unusual cases, the resolution of which requires deep knowledge of law as well as creative mind. Involvement of the firm's lawyers allowed the client to effectively organize the work process, reduce the workload of inhouse lawyers and optimize costs. As a result, the client escaped the risks of facing claims for the payment of fines in the amount of more than 1 billion rubles during a year.
