Legal support of an investment transaction for the acquisition of exclusive rights to content in a social network by a large retail company (more than 17,000 stores)

Due diligence of the acquired intellectual property objects - the content of a well – known channel in a social network - was carried out in favor of a Client, a large retail company. Upon the results of due diligence work was carried out to eliminate and minimize the existing risks, as well as the necessary documents were prepared for the transaction.
