Legal support for the owner of an educational e-platform to launch his own e-document exchange service

In the course of the project the firm's lawyers made up a set of legal documents regulating the electronic document flow between the client and its counterparties, which includes execution of contracts in electronic form as well as electronic exchange of the documents confirming the provision of services. Also, standard forms of contracts and closing documents have been prepared.
The scheme developed has made the client's interaction with its counterparties easier, thus encouraging the latter to take part in the project.
