Represented an FMCG holding in a major dispute arising out of a construction contract complicated by the contractor's bankruptcy, regarding recovery of overpaid advance payment, payment for additional work and recovery of penalties. The total amount in dispute amounted to over RUB 548 million. As part of this project, we also succeeded in dismissing the contractor's claims for invalidation of a contract waiver and recovery of the cost of inventory (RUB 68 mln).
