Development of a legal scheme for interaction between the Russian largest e-commerce company and the counterparties providing services in Russia and abroad

As part of the project, the firm's lawyers offered the client a contractual scheme that minimized the risks of violating foreign law of the counterparty’s locations. As a result, the lawyers systematised the client's relationships with counterparties and unified the documents formalising contractual relationships with counterparties from different countries.
