Development of a Draft amending the Russian Tax Code on the tax treatment of former UTII taxpayers

In view of the loss by a large number of retail market participants of the possibility to apply the Unified Tax on Imputed Income, the firm's lawyers developed a project to introduce a new tax regulation for small businesses, aimed at reducing the tax burden on small businesses and simplifying tax administration.
