Complex legal support of forming a unified model of online trade withing the EAEU by the largest Russian online-retailer

For the purposes of implementing a unified online-trade model, the lawyers of the firm have carried out comprehensive analysis of EAEU countries legislation on customs and tax regulation, identified the risks and obstacles to running the business, developed solutions for risks minimization and prepared the agreements and forms of the documents necessary for launching the business activity. Also, forms of accompanying documents for goods, documents necessary for customs clearance as well as concluding contracts with courier and postal organizations were prepared within the framework of the project. Due to the competent legal support and cross-boarding model application, the client gained a competitive advantage within the market and increased the import of Russian-made consumer goods to the EAEU countries.
