Complex legal support of a marketplace model implementation by a large Russian online-retailer

A large Russian online-retailer launched a new scheme of sale of goods, what simplified the procedure of interaction with counterparties and allowed to offer them more favorable terms of cooperation: reduce legal costs and number of consumer protection disputes, as well as optimize business processes. During the work on the project the lawyers of the firm prepared all documentation necessary for formalizing relationships with the sellers of goods and consumers, including contracts and forms of primary documents.
