Complex legal support of a large Russian internet-retailer’s entry to the EU market

As part of the project a comprehensive analysis of EU countries legislation (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic), where the Client was planning to launch its business, was carried out. The lawyers of the firm developed legal documentation on the implementation of financial transactions, import operations and logistics, the sale of goods to consumers, the process of processing and storing personal data, which was necessary for the launch of the Client’s business. As a result of a competent legal support, the Client was the first among Russian internet-retailers to enter the EU retail market, providing the export of Russian-made consumer goods to the EU.
