Advising an Italian luxury clothing manufacturer on entering the Russian market

Lawyers of the form conducted a comprehensive legal analysis of functioning schemes of the client’s online and offline boutiques in Russia, in particular: • the possibility of executing payments with customers by making cross-border payments through a foreign payment system; • the necessity and procedure for using the cash register equipment for executing payments with customers; • conducting foreign exchange control of payments between the client and customers features; • the procedure for processing personal data of buyers and their bank card details. Upon the results of the analysis, the client was provided with recommendations allowing to adjust the business scheme for entering the Russian market and prevent the risks of violating Russian legislation.
