International payment systems have instructed banks to deal with additional fees introduced by the online retailer Wildberries when paying with their cards by the end of August. The company itself believes that it has introduced only a discount for Russian payment services. According to experts, Wildberries needs a loud scandal around this topic to bargain lower fees from Visa and Mastercard. Wildberries says that they are "ready to discuss the terms of cooperation with all payment systems," and one has already agreed to negotiations.
