The project by "Kosenkov and Suvorov" on the legalization of the medicines sale on the Internet was included in the shortlist of special nominations of the Pravo.ru-300 rating in the category "Legislative activity"

As part of the project, “Kosenkov and Suvorov” lawyers have prepared amendments to the current legislation to legalize the sale of medicines on the Internet. As a result, the draft Federal Law No. 105-FZ of 03.04.2020 was adopted by the State Duma, approved by the Federation Council and signed by the President of the Russian Federation, so the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 827 of 31.05.2021 was adopted.

The amendments made to the current legislation not only had a positive impact on the development of the online-trade market in Russia, but also provided citizens with access to medicines, increased the availability of medicines in remote and sparsely populated regions, made it possible to obtain medicines under current bans and restrictions on movement, what was of great public importance in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.
