A car owner bought two parking spaces in an underground parking lot at the construction stage in Yekaterinburg. The contract was concluded for the right of shared ownership of the parking lot. While the construction was going on, the law has changed, and parking spaces have appeared to enjoy the status of real estate. The developer announced that this did not allow him to fulfill the shared-equity construction contract and refused to transfer parking spaces. But the shareholder appealed to the court and demanded to transfer them, as they existed in kind.
