Following the refuse to increase fines in the new version of the Administrative Code, the Ministry of Justice proposed other amendments to the document. Federal fines for violations of regional laws and municipal regulations are introduced for the first time. A single sanction covering all members of the Federation is particularly specified for noise violation and will be applied against violators of the repair schedule and owners of noisy dogs. Some sanctions are softened: the maximum period of mandatory work that can be assigned to citizens is reduced from 200 to 60 hours. At the same time, following the adoption of the Code, the government will for the first time establish unified requirements for the placement and use of traffic cameras.
