The Central Bank and Roskomnadzor recommend that banks obtain the consent of the borrower to provide his personal data to each person who may have access to them. Experts consider the problem extremely urgent, especially against the background of growing volumes of social fraud. However, pursuance of regulators’ will is fraught with complicating the path to obtaining a loan for both the client and the bank.
