Before joining the team, Roman worked as a tax consultant in a law firm engaged in structuring assets of individuals. Accompanied clients on currency, corporate, administrative, inheritance and tax issues, dealt with CFC reporting. Systematically participated in negotiations with foreign counterparties.
At Kosenkov & Suvorov, Roman specializes in resolving disputes in the field of civil law and intellectual property law.
