A foodstuffs warehouse collapsed in the region, which was insured by the Principal. The Principal paid more than RUB 2.8 billion in insurance compensation to the owner of the warehouse and filed a claim for that amount against the organization servicing the warehouse. The lawyers were able to convince the court that the collapse was due to the lack of proper maintenance of the racking system, and the court granted the Trustor's claim.
