Successful representation of a subway construction contractor in court
A subcontractor tried to recover payment for work performed from a contractor-Trustor, citing the Trustor's evasion of acceptance. The attorneys built a convincing legal position that exposed the subcontractor's bad faith and confirmed the fact of substandard work. As a result, the parties concluded a settlement agreement on favorable terms for the Principal.
