Defense of directors and majority shareholder of an international energy company in a claim for recovery of over RUB 10 billion in damages

Minority shareholders filed a claim for recovery of over RUB 10 billion in losses related to the acquisition of expensive equipment. We managed to prove that the losses were caused by changes in market conditions and industry regulation, and therefore the courts of all instances dismissed the claim.
