The supplier declined to offset the trading premium in payment of the goods, later filing the lawsuit on the recognition of the additional agreement providing for the payment of trading premium as null and void. The firm's lawyers successfully represented the principal in a series of litigations associated with the execution of supply contracts in arbitrazh courts of the first and appeal instances. The total amount of claims was USD 40,000,000. The cases were resolved in favor of the Principal, with a monitoring procedure initiated against the supplier at the initiative of the former.
